We are delighted to announce that out of three of our projects nominated for this years Kent Design & Development Awards, two have been shortlisted.
Shortlisted: St Edmund's School, Canterbury & Ceres Court, Sittingbourne
Nominated: Benenden School Pavilion
St Edmund's School - a modern, yet sympatheticlly designed new build three storey teaching block located in the grounds of the main listed school building.
Ceres Court - the scheme consisted of 40 new homes have a diversity of end user types i.e. Shared Ownership, Market Rent and Affordable Rent to create a new home environment replacing three 4-storey blocks of flats.
Benenden School Pavilion - a new build steel frame pavilion to provide both changing room facility and an open plan social/teaching area, with stadium and bleachers seating overlooking the new 4G all weather hockey/lacrosse floodlit pitch.
