BBS secure prestigious London residential project

BBS is delighted to have been awarded main contractor status for the contemporary extension and refurbishment of an existing prestigious residential dwelling in South Norwood, London.
Scope of works: The general strip out will include for the partial remodelling of the ground floor and complete overhaul of the first floor to accommodate the new floor layout, including works to the attic space and basement.
Due to the complex nature of the extension and remodelling of the ground floor space and the cantilevered nature of first floor over the revised family space layout, all structural works will be completed before the new extension and first floor remodelling is undertaken. The extension will include for the formation of day lounge, dining, kitchen, utility, plant room and store. The majority of external walls and roof structure will be formed by approved SIPS panels, with timber cladding and stainless-steel cladding roof finish with standing seams.
The project will also include extensive mechanical and electrical throughout the property.
Located in a residential area, BBS will work closely with neighbours to ensure minimal disruption during the construction programme.
