Corbens Yard, Maidstone

Chartway Construction was instructed to build a purpose built industrial unit at Corbens Yard in Maidstone.

Constructed on a restricted site using mass concrete foundations, cavity brickwork, structural steel frame and composite cladding to roof and walls. This project involved the building of several industrial units over several phases owing to the operational requirements of the client’s estate and the restricted nature of the site.
