RBLI Gavin Astor House

Following a two-stage tender process, Chartway Construction was awarded the refurbishment of Gavin Astor House, a 50 bed care home, along with associated facilities including boilers and replacement windows.

Phased refurbishment of an existing 24-hr nursing care home with internal layout changes to provide better amenities for the residents, staff and visitors.  The home will be in use throughout the full programme of works, so careful consideration to each phase of works to keep disruption to a minimum and ensuring safe access, egress including emergency access within a live environment.
