Chart Hills Golf Club, Biddenden
A large and complex championship clubhouse, part steel frame, part load bearing masonry, this new build project features an impressive cantilevered roof over the bar area.
Part of the building is, of necessity, sub-terranean in order to reduce it’s impact on the local landscape.
Architect Malcolm Hollis Associates was the designer.
