Chartway Construction was awarded main contractor on this new three story design and build office development, comprising of numerous start up offices, various communal facilities and flexible workspaces.
Finished to a high specification, the new BizSpace commercial development is a contemporary steel framed building offering small businesses in Ashford, new professional accommodation. This project has been design to BREEAM very good standard.
Scope of works included:
1) Groundworks including below ground drainage provisions and complete foundations
2) Services provisions
3) Structural steel frame
4) Fabricated metalwork
5) Curtain walling, windows and external doors
6) External finishes to elevations and works to roof
7) Complete internal finishes.
Externally works included hard Landscaping, soft landscaping and a new access road.
