Education is our key sector and typically accounts for at least 60% of our turnover. We have very experienced teams delivering a quality product in a safe manner. Many clients come back to us again and again and often ask for the same teams if we can accommodate it.
The independent school sector is also a particular niche market for us. In some school campuses we have had teams working there continuously for over 8 years, which indicates to us another satisfied Chartway Construction customer!
Chartway Construction are on the KCC Contractor framework and have carried out a numerous projects for schools around Kent and the neighbouring counties; including a new science block and dining hall at Benenden Girls School, a new teaching block within the grounds of the listed St Edmund's School, an early learning centre at Granville School Sevenoaks, sixth form centre at Bennett Memorial School Tunbridge Wells and several classroom blocks at Heath Farm School. We are currently working on the design stage of a new school for Chilmington Green in Ashford in partnership with KCC.
