Preston Farm Business Hub

We have been employed to design and deliver a new business hub for our client – The Hatchery.

Scope of the Works includes the demolition of the existing Farm buildings with the exception of one of the barns, and design and build a new flexible workspace in a rural setting at Preston Farm, Shoreham.

Sustainability and the environment are very important to our client, as is their determination to develop a rural business community that fits sympathetically within its surroundings.

We are working closely with our client and the project design team under a PCSA contract, to successfully design and progress through planning, a value engineered hub of buildings that both fit the clients brief and budget.
