Chartway Construction were awarded construction of a new science block incorporating kitchens and a dining hall.
A new science block incorporating kitchens and a dining hall - this project was constucted using a steel frame, precast concrete floors and roof, metsec external cladding faced with brickwork all founded on deep pad foundations. There was a high level of services owing to the six laboratories, kitchen and dining area. One of the main features was the first floor balcony area which overlooked the athletics field and cricket square.
