Chilmington Green Primary School, Ashford
Chartway Construction has been instructed by Kent County Council to design a two-form entry primary school to be built outside of Ashford in Kent. The school is to form an integral part of a new community, being the first building in a new countryside development.
The scheme involves the new primary school building comprising of various teaching rooms, library, kitchen, atrium, main multi-functional hall as well as a nursery to one side of the building. On the wider site there is provision for large playground areas, a drop off area, a sports field, hard playing courts, parking for staff and visitors and a wetland area.

Working in a collaborative model, Chilmington will be part of the Ashford Hub of the Trust, joining Finberry Primary School.
